Our hourly programme sessions can be arranged at the Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, Sky Road within easy access of Clifden.

This course can take 10 months to a year to complete as we use hourly sessions which are more affordable.

What to expect during your Coaching sessions:

 

At the Abbeyglen we work in a safe, confidential, environment. You can choose to either work on a 1:1 basis or as a couple

 

Your first hour is free: Initially we arrange a one hour, no obligation, free consultation where I ask some questions & you decide if you wish to work with me.

 

We develop a programme of sessions which can last from 10 months to a year, depending on your needs. The frequency of meetings can be anything from weekly to monthly. Although for the first month they are likely to be once a week.

 

You will be required to do some preparation work between meetings.

 

Our second meeting will be a 2hour session, paid for in advance.

 

We shall cover the following:

 
  • I take a detailed personal history
  • We explore your core values, what they mean to you & what prevents you achieving them
  • You learn about your timeline where you store all your memories
  • By using the magic of Creating your FutureT processes we get rid of any negative emotions, anxiety, limiting beliefs, phobias or post traumatic stress that you may be experiencing
  • We work on setting SMART goals. (this means; goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic , timed & meaningful to you)
  • Later on we may use the beautiful Connemara countryside to walk. I create metaphors that help you discover exciting new learnings that may be useful to you
  • We develop plans for the future that enable you to be, do & have what you want
  • You learn the amazing benefits of deep relaxation.
 

This is a programme that requires commitment from you to do whatever it takes to achieve whatever you want. I am committed to support you through this exciting process.

 

WHAT IF?

The Preparatory Work is too difficult?

 

I will only ask you to do work that is specific to your needs. It is a way for you to demonstrate your commitment to change & that you will do whatever it takes to achieve the results you want.

 

I am on medication from my doctor?

 

If you are taking any medication I will ask you for a doctor's certificate to ensure that your doctor is happy that you come on a NLP Breakthrough Retreat.
